Got up early again, although not on purpose this time.
I had planned on shooting the Symantec Cafe again this morning using multi-spot metering to try to avoid blowing out the sky, but on my way out the door, I saw the moon setting over one of the buildings and had to stop for a shot. Not sure if it would’ve worked better to wait for the moon to set further and have the sky brighten a bit, or perhaps move closer to the building and try a wider lens. The moon certainly appeared larger to my eyes than it appears in the picture. Have to try again in a month when it’s full again.
